"I commuted here all the way from Stockton because of the high praise this place has on Yelp. From my recent experience, JAMS Music has totally exceeded my expectations."

"...I've had the pleasure of speaking with John, Brian, and Jake and they were all very helpful and full of knowledge... If you're on the fence about visiting this shop, let me urge you over; it's definitely worth a visit"

I shopped around for a while at a bunch of stores looking for a beginner guitar setup.  John at JAMS was more helpful and knowledgeable than anyone at any other store that I've been to.  He explained the difference between the guitars, pickups, amps, and even the picks.  JAMS is also very competitively priced! JAMS will be getting all of my music business.

Hayward, CA

A friend told me about this place so I stopped in and I was really impressed. John is awesome, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable.  The guitar tech they've got in the back is amazing as well. My poor bass sat in storage for 6 years and I dropped it off for some work. I was amazed with the results. Really brought her back to life. Incredible craftsmanship.

"Just used JAMS Music to repair my daughter's flute. Ian, the brass & woodwind repair tech is excellent. He knows what he's doing and is very ethical. I won't hesitate to bring my future business back there!"
